CANDIDATES SELECTED TO JOIN ORDINARY DIPLOMA IN PETROLEUM GEOSCIENCES, GEOLOGY AND MINERAL EXPLORATION, MINING ENGINEERING, MINERAL PROCESSING ENGINEERING AND ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING AND MANAGEMENT IN MINES PROGRAMMES AT MINERAL RESOURCES INSTITUTE FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2017/2018
The Mineral Resources Institute (MRI) is hereby releasing the names of candidates qualified to join the above mentioned programs for the 2017/ 2018 academic year. This is just the provisional,
ALL selected candidates are subjected to verification from NACTE before being registered to the Institute. The names of verified candidates will be published on 14th
September, 2017 as per NACTE admission calendar.
All first year students who have been selected to join for studies at mineral resources institute in academic year 2017/2018 are hereby informed that the joining instructions and admission letters are available at the institute’s website (www.mri.ac.tz) where you can download and fill all the required information accordingly.
The duly filled joining instruction with all attached forms (mri form no. 2 to 6) together with the appropriate admission letter should be submitted to the admission office during the registration. The registration will start on Monday 18th September, 2017 at mineral resources institute (MRI)’s premises as per below orientation week timetable.
All students are required to pay the required amount for semester I only (except the accommodation fee) as indicated in the fee structure (MRI form no.2) and submit the original bank pay in slip and one copy of it during the registration.
The accommodation fee will be paid after getting the confirmation on the availability of the rooms at the institute hostels soonest after the registration. Important note: each fee item should be paid in the appropriate bank account number as shown in the fee structure and not otherwise. Make sure you observe on all instructions provided in your joining instruction and admission letter as well.
