CREDIT MANAGER

A great opportunity has risen for a credit Manager to work in a Solar company. The ideal candidate must provide strategic leadership to the credit function by analyzing the trends of customer schedule payments and initiating credit policies and procedures as well as managing the credit function operations.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Possess experience of at least four years in debt collection, credit and/or risk management
Develop and implement strategic credit plans by preparing action plans and customer re-payment queries in line with credit function objectives
Create, manage and maintain credit workflow processes and ensure Customer compliance to the company's credit procedures & processes in line with the applicable regulations
Carry out periodic credit and risk assessment reviews to evaluate customer re-payments, collections and bad debts in line with the company's credit policy
Champion customer re-payment incentives and campaigns in order to continuously improve the company overall re-payment rate
Provide technical guidance and support to the Asset Recovery team through Coaching, mentoring, supervising and conducting periodic performance reviews .
