PURPOSE STATEMENT OF THE JOB
Overall accountability of gaining share on the High Value and Individual postpaid segments
Developing profitable ATL and tactical propositions on the High Value and Individual postpaid segments and managing end to end GTM of the propositions
Drive actionable commercial insights and provide direction on how these can be acted upon on the HVC and Individual Post-paid segments
Develop and execute the HVC and Individual Post-paid segments roadmap in line with the company roadmap
Operate closely with the sales team to establish a sustainable channel for Individual post-paid customers
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Win market share on the HVC segment
Develop a strong HVC segment platform & pricing strategy
Setup the individual postpaid business in CBU and establish a sustainable acquisition channel
Grow the share of Individual postpaid from our existing HVCs and the market.
Ensure continuous customer insights on the HVC and Individual Post-paid segments
Design and create customer insight based propositions
Go to market End 2 End for the HVC and Individual Post-paid segments propositions
Consistent monitoring of the HVC and Individual Post-paid segments revenue, subscribers, usage and propositions
Continuous enhancement of the HVC and Individual Post-paid segments propositions to ensure profitability
Work with CVM team to develop appropriate HVC and Individual Post-paid segments campaigns and to drive their lifecycle management and retention strategies
Manage post-implementation reviews and recommend actions based on proposition performance
JOB REQUIREMENTS/ MUST HAVE TECHNICAL / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Sales & Marketing or its equivalent.
Strong analytical skills, strong business acumen,
Build and maintain relationship with key stakeholders in the value chain.
Telecommunications experience would be advantageous;
Project knowledge and experience would be advantageous
5+ years’ experience industry or functional experience
