Job Description

Purpose:
To transport the staff, deliver items and ensure periodic maintenance of the motor Vehicle in line with the driver’s guidelines and the road safety laws

Position Responsibilities:
1. Drive company vehicle in line with the driver’s guidelines, and the road safety laws.
2. Carry out daily vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical and physical faults or damages respectively.
3. Deliver company correspondences, property or equipment when asked to. 4. Keep an up-to-date record of vehicle movement logbook. 5. Ensure that the insurance license, service card are valid and report when due to expire. 6. Daily washing and cleaning of the car before start of daily responsibilities 7. Periodic servicing of the car upon reaching the required mileage. 8. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Position Requirements
- Age limit 30 – 45 years of age. 
- A Tanzanian National. 
- Should be in possession of a valid driving license (class B&D) issued before January 2014. 
- At least 3 years continuous driving experience. 
- Experience driving in a corporate company is an added advantage. 
- Ability to communicate in English is an added advantage. 
- At least Primary Level education qualification is required.
